What Youâll Do
- Lead and manage catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases from intake through verdict or resolution.
- Develop case themes, draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions.
- Work with experts across medical, engineering, human factors, and economic disciplines.
- Prepare clients and witnesses; conduct mediations and settlement negotiations.
- Try cases to verdict as first or second chair (based on experience).
What Weâre Looking For
- Plaintiff-side litigation experience (3+ years preferred; senior and partner-level candidates also encouraged to apply).
- Strong deposition, motion, and courtroom skills; excellent writing and judgment.
- Client-first mindset; professionalism with empathy.
- Bar admission in Pennsylvania and in good standing. Additional admissions a plus.
- Portable matters or referral networks welcome, not required.
