What Youâll Do
- Bring Campaigns to Life â Support and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, digital, and print.
- Design with Impact â Create visuals and branded materials (social graphics, presentations, brochures, website visuals) that capture attention and align with our identity.
- Keep Our Content Fresh â Write and edit content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and marketing collateral.
- Own the Website â Manage and update content on our WordPress site, ensuring itâs accurate, up to date, and SEO-friendly.
- Analyze & Optimize â Track marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to uncover insights and guide improvements.
- Stay Organized & Agile â Manage the marketing calendar, support vendor coordination, and help keep projects running smoothly.
- Champion Brand Consistency â Ensure our voice, visuals, and messaging are polished and cohesive across all platforms.
- Support the Team â Handle scheduling, expense tracking, and marketing admin tasks to keep everything on track.
- Experiment & Innovate â Stay curious about AI, digital tools, and emerging trends that can boost engagement and efficiency.
- Research & Discover â Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
What Weâre Looking For
- Education & Experience: Bachelorâs degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field, plus 1â3 years in marketing coordination, design, or similar roles.
- Creative & Technical Skills: Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or Canva; experience with WordPress and basic SEO; experience in SEO/SEM or web design is a plus.
- Digital Savvy: Familiarity with social platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Communication Pro: Strong writer and communicator with a collaborative mindset.
- Organized Multitasker: Exceptional time management, able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Detail Obsessed: Sharp eye for accuracy, design, and brand consistency.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Confident making decisions, taking initiative, and driving projects forward.
