Kim Smith

Kim was born and raised in Philadelphia, where she resides with her husband and three daughters.

Kim joined McEldrew Purtell in 2022 as a litigation paralegal. Prior to joining the firm, Kim began her legal career working on various personal injury cases for 10 years before moving into medical malpractice for 20 years where she focused on birth injury, and transvaginal mesh cases.

In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, yoga and reading.
