Danielle’s entire legal career has focused on helping people who have been wrongfully injured. Prior to obtaining her law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, Danielle also attained her Master’s degree in Social Work. In fact, Danielle’s professional life has been guided by a desire to help others.
Danielle routinely handles complex accident and injury cases. She is comfortable and confident taking the most complex and difficult cases to trial. In the past, Danielle has appeared on the front page of the prestigious Legal Intelligencer newspaper. She has been named a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star six years in a row – an accolade bestowed upon her by her peers and reserved for the best 2.5 percent of the state’s attorneys who are 40 or younger.
She attended law school at night while working full-time at a law firm during the day learning the practice of law from the inside out. While in law school she earned a position as a staff editor on the Temple Law Review, was the Barrister’s Award Winner for trial advocacy, participated in the trial advocacy program, was a student counselor, and was part of student government – all while starting a family of her own.
Danielle is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Delaware County Trial Lawyer’s Association. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
When not busy practicing law, Danielle most enjoys spending her time with her husband, young son, and daughter travelling, cooking, and gardening.
