Tara Prete

Tara Prete is the acting Paralegal for McEldrew Purtell’s Personal Injury Department with over 30 years of law experience. She assists the team’s personal injury lawyers in all aspects of the case from inception to resolution. She conducts interviews with clients and experts, drafts legal pleadings, and is dedicated to research and record reviews.

Her expertise ranges from motor vehicle accidents and catastrophic personal injury cases to employment law. She has experience in both defense and plaintiff litigation, but she is most passionate about assisting clients that have suffered injury or loss. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her children and spoiling her 3 dogs.
